We sold our house earlier this year. There were offers in varying amounts with three top offers of the same amount. As sellers the thought was how do we select one of those three? Sandra contacted all those who offered to let them know what was one the table and if they were able, to “up the amount” to still be in the running. It worked out for us as a bid came in that topped the others and was acceptable to us. You can count on her to give that extra push to help her clients get the best possible offer. She was also there when I was trying to locate a rental unit but had no luck getting agents to return my inquiry calls. She arranged times with rental agents so I could view rental units and helped put in a rental offer which was accepted and in which I currently reside. Both my daughters have also had the benefit of her skills and knowledge in real estate matters.
